1. Purpose
VeroBuild encourages the reporting of genuine concerns about wrongdoing, unethical conduct, safety violations or other matters that may affect the company, its personnel or the communities where it operates.
2. What to Report
- Fraud, theft or financial irregularity
- Bribery or corruption
- Health and safety violations
- Environmental damage
- Safeguarding concerns
- Discrimination or harassment
- Any other serious wrongdoing
3. How to Report

4. Protection
VeroBuild will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a genuine concern in good faith. All reports will be treated confidentially to the extent possible.
