This policy applies to all VeroBuild personnel, subcontractors, agents and any parties acting on behalf of VeroBuild.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Offering, giving or receiving bribes or improper payments
- Making facilitation payments
- Offering gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence business decisions
- Engaging intermediaries to conduct prohibited activities
4. Reporting
Any suspected bribery or corruption should be reported through the channels described in VeroBuild's whistleblowing policy.
